Private Pilot License (PPL)

Your training will include:

Instrument Flying Training (IFR)

Your training will include:

  • IFR Cross-country flying

  • Departure and arrival procedures

  • Instrument approaches

  • Navigation

  • Holding patterns

  • Flight planning

  • Flight instrument

  • Weather

  • Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)

  • GPS and ILS approaches

  • DME Arcs unusual attitudes and holding

  • GPS/VOR/LPV training

  • Partial panel

 

Commercial Pilot License (CPL)

Your training will include:

  • Aerodynamics

  • Sectional charts

  • Airspace and weather minimums

  • Electronic navigation and flight instruments

  • Flight operations

  • Weather

  • Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)

  • Aircraft performance

  • Weight and balance

  • Cross-country planning

 

Once your training is completed, your instructor will work with you to prepare for your practical test as well as preparing you for your check ride.
